New dentists for nervous patients could open between Warwick and Leamington

Plans for a new dental clinic which will specialise in treatment for nervous patients have been revealed.
UKSHealth Ltd has applied for planning permission to change a vacant unit at Tachbrook 1300 Business Park into the new clinic.
The unit off Plato Close was previously used as storage for a collection of cars for a local enthusiast.
If plans are approved by Warwick District Council, the empty shell will be completely transformed into the dental clinic.
"The premises will principally operate as a specialist outpatient dental treatment and referral centre trading as Hope Dental Sedation," the application said.
"The service will have a particular focus on patients who are anxious about dental treatment or who require conscious sedation to facilitate their dental care.
"Treatment will be provided on an appointment-only basis."
If approved, the clinic would be able to accommodate up to two patients at a time and would be open from 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Saturday.
The application continued: "The proposed service is a specialist referral facility rather than a high-volume general dental practice.
"Many procedures, particularly conscious sedation, oral surgery and implant treatment, involve relatively long appointments.
"Patient turnover will therefore be comparatively low.
"The practice will accommodate a maximum of two patients receiving treatment at any one time.
"Patients will attend by prior appointment and the premises will not operate as a walk-in service."
