Missing Warwick man found safe

A 65-year-old man reported missing in Warwick has been found safe by a member of the public.

Police launched an appeal on Wednesday (July 6) to find Stephen Richardson who was reported missing from the Banbury Road area of the town.

Officers said concerns were growing for his welfare.

But following the appeal, he was recognised by a member of the public.

A Warwickshire Police spokesperson said: "Thanks to everyone who shared our appeal to find missing Stephen Richardson from Warwick.

"He was found safe and well after a member of the public recognised him from our appeal."
