MP for Warwick and Leamington, Matt Western, is set to host a two-day jobs and careers fair.

The fair will take place in Leamington on 26 and 27 February and is aimed at showcasing a wide range of career opportunities that exist across Warwick, Leamington and Whitnash. 

Mr Western, is co-hosting the fair along with Warwickshire College Group and Leamington Jobcentre. 

The event will take place at the Warwickshire College Group site on Warwick New Road. 

Approximately 60 organisations will be present on both days, highlighting a range of employment, training and volunteering opportunities.

Anyone looking for employment locally is encouraged to attend to talk directly with key employers. 

The first day (26 February) is aimed at adults not in full-time education – whether jobseekers or those looking for a career change.

Meanwhile, the second day (27 February) will be attended by school, college and university students, who will have the opportunity to learn about the opportunities that await them after they leave full-time education.

Mr Western said of the Jobs and Careers Fair: "I am always keen to promote some of the fantastic career options we have here in Warwick and Leamington for people at all stages in their careers.
