A popular Warwick pub has opened its doors once again after a four-month refurbishment.
The Globe on Theatre Street closed earlier this year for the renovations before opening again on Wednesday (June 3).
The opening came a day earlier than planned after the "success" of the dress rehearsals held before the reopening.
Hospitality firm Brunning and Price has reopened the town centre inn with 16 en-suite rooms.
The company is also running a competition to win a three-course meal and an overnight stay for two to celebrate the reopening.
A planning application submitted to Warwick District Council earlier this year revealed the extent of the works at the Theatre Street venue. A new stud wall in the kitchen, a new fireplace, two new windows, new doors, a new private dining room, pergola, plating beds and paving were all requested.

At the time the business said the works would "ensure the continued maintenance and upkeep of this listed building for its historic continued use".
"After the success of our 'dress rehearsals' during the last few days, we are ready to open our doors a day early," the team said.
"So we are inviting everyone to come and have a look from 3pm Wednesday!
"We cannot wait to see everyone. Make sure to try some of our amazing new dishes."
