A former Warwick vacuum shop which closed last year after 38 years has been put on the market.

Warwick Vacuum Shop shut for the final time on Saturday 4 May after owner Andrew retired.

The five-storey Smith Street building has sat empty since and is now on the market for £445,000 with local agent EHB Reeves.

The brochure said: "43 Smith Street is a five-storey period building, having for many years traded as a retail unit on the ground floor, with a very well fitted and well laid out apartment starting at ground floor and going up to the third floor."

Above the ground floor shop there is residential accommodation split over four flours.
