A former Warwick showroom is on the market with local property agent EHB Reeves.

The former Galerie Design unit at St John's is available for an annual rent of £18,000.

The business - which still appears to be running through its active website - had refurbished the town centre shop last year.

According to the brochure, the unit is available to lease from March 2025.

Images shared by the property agent show the showroom in tact, but since these images were taken much of the interior of the appears to have been stripped out.

"15 St. John's comprises a ground floor lock up shop unit with a glazed frontage, rear vehicular access, car parking, and bin storage," EHB Reeves' description simply says.

It added: "15 St. John's is located within a highly prominent parade of shops, situated in a very busy location within Warwick, at the junction of St. John's and Coventry Road, one of Warwick's busiest routes in to the county town.

"St. John's has become a well established location for a number of prominent trades, and in particular fast food, with adjacent occupiers including Dominos Pizza, Subway, William Hill, a Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, and a One Stop supermarket."
