An industrial building at Heathcote Industrial Estate is on the market for £1,595,000

The Harriott Drive premises are on the market with Stratford-based Tim Cox Associates and come with vacant possession.

Previously a used BMW dealership, the site has most recently been used by paving firm Nustone Products Ltd.

The brochure says: "Main building offers a gross internal area of 9,814 sq ft and open sided building gross internal area 6,341 sq ft.

"Ground and first floor offices, good concrete yard and additional parking.
