An industrial building at Heathcote Industrial Estate is on the market for £1,595,000

The Harriott Drive premises are on the market with Stratford-based Tim Cox Associates and come with vacant possession.

Previously a used BMW dealership, the site has most recently been used by paving firm Nustone Products Ltd.

The brochure says: "Main building offers a gross internal area of 9,814 sq ft and open sided building gross internal area 6,341 sq ft.

"Ground and first floor offices, good concrete yard and additional parking.

"Situated on the Heathcote Industrial Estate approximately 1.8 miles from Warwick Town Centre and within easy access of the M40 (Junctions 13, 14 and 15) providing excellent access to the wider motorway network."
