A new house in multiple occupation (HMO) could be created in Warwick, if plans are signed off by the district council.

Blacker Adams Property Group Ltd has applied for planning permission to convert an existing four-bed home on Coventry Road into a five-bed HMO.

Plans submitted to Warwick District Council show the rooms would be split across three floors, with a communal kitchen lounge area on the ground floor alongside the first ensuite bedroom.

On the first floor there would be two more ensuite rooms.

And on the second floor would be two studio apartments.

The refit would see the loss of the downstairs lounge, and a bathroom on the first floor would be included in one of the rooms.

Locals can have their say on the plans here.
