A Warwick shop is still on the market, over a year after its previous tenants closed to relocate.

Show Home Style closed its store at Westgate House on November 13 2022, to move to a new premises on Guy Street in Leamington Spa.

But no new tenant has yet been found for the large showroom, which is now available to rent through property agents Wareing and Co, and Creative Retail.

No price for the retail space is advertised in the brochure.

It simply says: "The subject property forms part of Westgate House in Warwick town centre.

"Nearby occupiers include Boots Chemist, WH Smith, Costa Coffee alongside an array of boutique independent retailers, cafes and restaurants.

"The property benefits from being situated next to West Gate Car Park providing 32 spaces for the town centre."
