A driver in Warwick has been arrested for refusing to stop and driving the wrong way on a one-way street (image via OPU Warwickshire)

A driver has been arrested after refusing to stop and driving the wrong way on a one-way street in Warwick.

The incident took place on Saturday evening (14 March) and saw police vehicles damaged.

The vehicle was sighted by OPU officers and found to have three deflated tyres.

The driver continued refusing to stop and were then arrested.

According to OPU Warwickshire, enquires are ongoing.
