Detailed plans to build a new primary school for up to 420 children in Warwick have been approved by Warwickshire County Council (WCC).
An outline application for the proposed 'Myton Gardens Primary School' was given the green light by councillors in June.
And now a reserved matters application has been signed off for the Fusiliers Way development, months after applications for new students were opened.
Plans show the school - which is being developed by the county council - will be a two-form entry, with places in key stage one and two.
Up to 14 places would be provided for SEND children and an attached nursery with space for 34 children up to the age of four will also be built.
The school includes 15 classrooms, music and dance room, food science room, library and assembly hall, all split over two stories.
A total of 68 car parking spaces are planned, including EV spaces.
There would also be sports fields and a multi-use games area.
Plans show the school would be built to the BREEAM 'very good' standard.
"The provision of the new primary school at Myton Gardens will support the forecasted population growth of the local area," the application said.
"The design has been carefully considered in terms of its layout, appearance, scale and landscape setting to ensure that it not only meets the functional school requirements but also that it responds positively to the local context and landscape setting."
