Paddlers are set to take on an an 18-mile charity challenge, which will see them pass through Leamington and Warwick, this July.
The Doggy Paddle is a popular fundraising event that will see participants of all abilities take to the water on a scenic flatwater route stretching from Leamington Spa to Stratford-upon-Avon, passing some of Warwickshire's most iconic landmarks along the way.
Funds raised will go towards supporting the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
Starting at Edmondscote Athletic Sports Field in Leamington Spa, paddlers will journey past the historic Warwick Castle before continuing through Barford and stopping for lunch at Hampton Lucy Weir.
The route then winds through the picturesque surroundings of Charlecote Park before finishing beside the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Organisers say the event is designed to be accessible for both experienced paddlers and beginners, with start times running from 8.30am to 10am.
Families are also being encouraged to take part and organisers stress that anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event.
The challenge concludes at Stratford's Recreation Ground, where participants will complete the riverside adventure while raising money for the Guide Dogs for the Blind charity.
