Car dealership with permission to be turned into seven homes on the market for £1.1m

£1.1 million is the asking price for a car dealership which also has permission to be turned into seven homes.
Bromwich Hardy is marketing the site on Wellesbourne Road, Barford, which was given planning permission to be redeveloped by Warwick District Council.
Signed off in 2017, the proposal allowed for the site to be flattened to make way for the new homes.
The sales brochure describes the 0.414 acre plot as: "An outstanding opportunity to acquire or lease a prominently positioned motor vehicle dealership site located in the desirable village of Barford, near Warwick.
"The property comprises a comprehensively refurbished showroom and sales office, with external display space for up to 90 vehicles on a 0.414-acre site.
"The premises benefit from full detailed planning permission for the development of seven residential dwellings, offering significant future potential.
"Secure fencing surrounds the site, ensuring a safe and professional environment for operations."
The showroom - which remains open for business - also has space to display 90 vehicles and sits in a "prominent location".
