Candidates have been announced as a by-election comes to Warwick this February.

Residents will go to the poles on Thursday 13 February to vote in a new councillor for Warwick All Saints & Woodloes at Warwick District Council (WDC).

The by-election follows the resignation of Independent councillor John Sullivan.

Cllr Sullivan was first elected to the local authority in May 2023 as a Labour councillor before defecting to be an Independent in April 2024.

He resigned on December 17 2024.

Cllr Sullivan still sits on Warwick Town Council.

The candidates to replace him at WDC are:

  • Laurence Michael Byrne – Liberal Democrats
  • Nigel Philip Clarke – Reform UK
  • Sam Jones – Green Party
  • Cora-Laine Moynihan – Labour
  • Jody Tracey – Conservatives

The poles will be open from 7am to 10pm on Thursday 13 February.

See more on the WDC website.
