A 13-year-old boy from Warwick has been arrested on suspicion of robbery at knifepoint.

Warwick Police made the arrest yesterday afternoon (12 January) after receiving a report of a boy having his phone taken at knifepoint at Priory Park in the town.

The boy is currently on police bail with strict conditions while enquiries continue.

Detectives are continuing the investigation and will be out and about in the community in the coming days.

Warwick Police have urged anyone with concerns to get in touch.
