Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operations of our boutique hotel.

Your hours will be spent collaborating with our dedicated team to provide impeccable guest services, maintain a pristine environment, and cultivate a welcoming ambiance.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays to meet business demands.
• Fridays and Sundays will be regular working days but a flexibility on hours and days will be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Organizational prowess and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with reservation systems.
• Assist in training and supervising staff members Positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
