We are a small family run hotel set in the heart of Warwick.

We are looking for someone with experience to join our front of house team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience
• Basic math skills for handling payments, making change, and calculating bills
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
• Passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
• Excellent guest services skills, including attentiveness, patience, and problem-solving abilities
