Science Teacher. Warwick. January Start Your new company Hays Education are working with a school rated GOOD by Ofsted, located near Warwick and easily accessible from Leamington Spa, Coventry, and Rugby. They are looking for a Science teacher to become a part of their energetic Science department in a long-term temporary role, with an option to go permanent. The school is known for its cheerful and purposeful atmosphere, providing students with an engaging curriculum and a variety of extracurricular activities in a safe, secure, and supportive environment. New staff members receive excellent inductions and support, with a strong emphasis on professional development and training.Your new role In this role, you will be tasked with creating, planning, and delivering engaging Science lessons for students from KS3 to KS5. Your responsibilities will include cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment, guiding and supporting students through the Science curriculum. You will effectively teach students of diverse abilities, with a strong focus on communication and organisation. Additionally, you will evaluate students' work and provide constructive feedback tailored to their individual learning needs.What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Science within Secondary Schools.
  • Strong Behaviour / classroom management
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring students
  • A great team working ethic, and collaborative skills
