We are currently seeking for a permanent Nursery Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery based in Warwick. You will provide a high standard of Care and Education to the children aged 0-3 years.

Nursery Practitioner Duties:

  • Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
  • Adhere to the EYFS
  • Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children
  • Strong communication with parents, professionals and colleagues
  • Be responsible for assessing and reviewing the children s development
  • Implement an effective key person approach
  • Maintain and update personal records for each individual child
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
  • Coordinating with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding education experiences through practical and theoretical activities

Nursery Practitioner Requirements:

  • Full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
  • At least 1 years experience working in an Early Years setting
  • Comprehensive safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
  • The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
  • A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
  • A child-centred approach to your work

When you register with Winner, you will be assigned a specialist consultant who has been working in education for 8 years and will be able to guide and support you through your assignments.
