PERSON SPECIFICATION: L&D Coordinator / Trainer As our L&D Coordinator / Trainer, you'll have demonstrable experience of working in an e-learning role previously, with knowledge of software & design e-learning tools. You don't have to have experience in our specific industry - we're committed to teaching you everything you need to know. What's most important is, you'll be pro-active and not afraid to make decisions. As a team we all chip in where needed and we work collaboratively. You will have demonstrable experience in: Designing and developing e-learning content, including bespoke programmes tailored to client and business needs. Managing client training groups, course allocations, and handling specific client requests efficiently. Providing excellent client support, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Working awareness of WCAG requirements.
