This friendly and accessible course will cover key yoga poses and sequences, mindfulness, relaxation and basic yoga philosophy. Suitable for beginners or those looking to restart their yoga practice.

This is a 5-week course on Thursday evenings, 8.00-9.00pm, starting 18th January.
