Sunday's Commonwealth Games cycling road races saw thousands of spectators line the streets of Warwick to cheer on some of the world's best riders.
And it was a good day for Scotland who came away with two Birmingham 2022 medals - Neah Evans claimed silver in the women's and Finn Crockett bronze in the men's.
Australia also profited from the day, with the women's gold medal won by Georgia Baker and bronze going to Sarah Roy.
While in the men's Aaron Gate crossed the line first to claim the gold for New Zealand.
Adding to his track golds in the team pursuit, individual pursuit and points race, Gate has now stood on top of the podium four times at Birmingham 2022.
He was followed by veteran rider Daryl Impey of South Africa.
Roads across the town centre were closed as riders completed laps of a 16km course through Warwick.
And video footage sent to Nub News by local resident Geoff Ousbey captured the action from across the town.
Speaking after the race Cllr Andrew Day, leader of Warwick District Council praised the number of spectators lining today's course.
"Warwick have turned out, young and old, to once again support world class cycling and have been treated with some superb road racing," he said.
"What an exciting day we've had witnessing amazing performances, which will no doubt inspire the next generations of cycling champions.
"The faces of our visitors beaming as they joined the events we've hosted across Warwick district, reflect not only the years of preparation, but the warm welcome given by hundreds of wonderful local volunteers."
