Taylor Wimpey is set to put 450 new houses in Warwick on the market this May.
The Asps development, on Banbury Road, was first given planning permission in 2016.
The new development of one to five bedroom houses will include 180 affordable houses.
Prices have yet to be announced for the properties, but Taylor Wimpey said the whole development will include a local centre, primary school and park and ride.
Described as a "commuter's dream" there will also be a landscaped parkland.
Sales will initially be run online before a sales office opens in the autumn.
Ben Walker, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: "We're really excited to announce that we'll be releasing the first homes for sale at The Asps at the end of May. Ideally suited to first-time buyers, downsizers, and growing families, the homes have been designed to suit modern lifestyles with spacious and flexible living spaces.
"Residents of The Asps will be able to make the most of the development's picturesque location, surrounded by beautiful Warwickshire countryside and with easy access to existing walking, cycling and public transport networks.
"We'll be launching The Asps remotely at first and anyone interested in a new home at the development can register their interest online to make sure they are kept up to date with the latest information ahead of the launch. You can book an appointment to speak to our sales team who will be on hand to help you find your dream home and answer any questions you have."
