1. Board games & book swap cafe afternoon
This Saturday (21 March) Brookhurst School in Warwick is hosting a relaxed afternoon of games, books, and treats.
For £3 per person or £10 family ticket, for up to four people, you can spend the afternoon playing as many board games as you like — whether you're super competitive or just in it for the laughs, there'll be something for everyone.
Pay for entrance at the door with cash or card.
Refreshments will be available from the café including hot drinks and soft drinks, plus a tuck shop packed with snacks and sweet treats.
Attendees can bring along any unwanted books and swap them for something new at the book swap stall, or browse books for sale.
Organisers said: "Come with friends, bring the family, or meet new people — everyone's welcome!"

2. Portraits of the Shire Hall walking tour
Join art historian Dr Adam Busiakiewicz and historian Aaron Manning for an exclusive and brand-new walking tour of the historic collection of portraits and paintings kept in the Judges House of Shire Hall, Warwick.
This presentation will cover the history of the artworks, alongside descriptions of the connections of the various monarchs and sitters to Warwick and the wider surroundings.
The tour will include walking up steps and staircases etc. and periods of standing whilst admiring the paintings.
It is not wheelchair accessible.
Tickets cost £20 plus a booking fee.
50% of all ticket sales will go towards the restoration and display of Ralph Sheldon's Henry VIII.

3. The Spring Continental Brunch | Cancer Research
Nearby in Kenilworth, The Spring Continental Brunch for Cancer Research is taking place this weekend.
Kenilworth Cancer Research Local Committee invites you to join it on Saturday 21 March, 2026 at St Francis Church Hall, Warwick Road, Kenilworth.
Tables are available at 9am and 11am.
Tickets are £15 per person and include tea, coffee and orange juice.
