Over the past year, plastic bottles collected from the fish recycling sculpture in Pageant Garden have been recycled into a brand new project.

With the help of local schools and a talented local artist, Warwick has welcomed a new Town Crier Bear, created by Westgate School.

Dressed in a traditional town crier outfit and 'ready to ring his bell,' the bear celebrates Warwick's rich history and famous traditions.

Warwick's Eco Bear Trail launches on 23rd May and individuals can pick up a free trail map from Warwick Visitor Centre.

The council shared: "Explore the town and discover all of our amazing recycled bears during half term fun!

"And of course… his favourite food is cucumbear sandwiches!

"Keep watching as we introduce more of Warwick's Eco Bears."
