Leading footwear retailer, Charles Clinkard, this week re-opened the doors of its Warwick store, following a £130,000 investment into a brand-new look.

The 2,000 sq ft store, nestled in 39-41 Coten End, has unveiled a full refurbishment and refit of the retail space, including brand new flooring, LED lighting and a contemporary display system on the men's, ladies' and children's departments.

The men's department has also been extended, allowing for a better customer experience with even more household brands to shop.

The Warwick store will still include the popular adult clearance departments, all accessible from the ground floor.

The store will also continue to be staffed by the 10-strong customer service team that the community already knows and loves, ensuring customers will be supported by familiar friendly faces on each visit.

The new modern store will feature favourite household brands across all departments, providing something for everyone. This includes shoes from Gabor, Josef Seibel, Skechers, Rieker, Ecco, FitFlop, Remonte, Clarks, Bugatti, Start-Rite, Geox, Adidas and Crocs.

Tim Payne, managing director of retail at Charles Clinkard, commented: "We're delighted to be refurbishing our store on Coten End in Warwick.

"This is a unique shop in an unusual location for successful retail and it's one we're very fond of for those reasons. To be transforming such a key store for us in the year of our 100th anniversary feels very fitting.

"Coming so soon after the refurbishment of our Cribbs Causeway store in Bristol, it shows our commitment to modernising our stores, while ensuring the look and feel is in keeping and respects their individual local areas.

"Our customers in Warwick are incredibly loyal to us as shown by the number of Your Rewards loyalty scheme members we have here, so we're pleased to be giving something back - and hope they enjoy their shiny new store!"
