Warwick planning roundup: Office plan, more homes and new junction

Here are the biggest local planning stories from the past week.
Office Plan
An office in the centre of Warwick could be turned back into homes if plans are signed off by Warwick District Council.
Signature Quality Refurbished Homes ltd has applied for planning permission to convert the grade II listed building on High Street.
If approved, the scheme will see the offices turned into two homes.
New Housing Sites
More housing sites around Warwick and Hatton have been put forward for consideration for the new local plan.
The major planning document will determine where around 35,000 new houses are built in the area over the next quarter century.
The latest submissions - published in June - came during a public consultation earlier this year during which locals were asked to feedback on a series of options for the South Warwickshire Local Plan (SWLP).
Junction Underway
New images show the works underway at the Asps housing estate to the south of Warwick and Leamington.
Warwickshire County Council began works on the development around Banbury Road and Europa Way in May, and has released an update this week.
The major housing estate will eventually see 900 new homes, a park and ride, a primary school, local centre and open space built.
