The pizzas at a Warwick restaurant have been named among the best in Europe.

Food guide 50 Top Pizza has listed Dough & Brew in its latest guide, which shortlists some of the best eateries across the continent.

Pizzerias in Germany, Finland, France and of course Italy are featured, with the Brook Street venue highlighted among 10 other English eateries - six of which are in London.

On Dough & Brew the guide said: "Not far from Birmingham, Warwick is home to an interesting facet of the English pizza scene, Pizzeria Dough & Brew.

"The dough is made using a direct method, with a 72-hour fermentation period and cooked in a wood-fired oven.

"This ensures excellent digestibility of the pizza coupled with the high quality of the ingredients used.

"The rather extensive menu offers a wide selection of both traditional and unique pizzas.

"Among these, the 'Jamie' stands out with spicy goat cheese, arugula, butter garlic prawns, and a splash of fresh lime, and the 'Yvette' featuring caramelized red onions, mushrooms, and brie."

Dough & Brew was also listed by the guide in 2023.

Following the latest listing, the eatery took to social media to say: "It's difficult to put into words just how proud the whole team are to be listed as one of the best pizzas in Europe by 50toppizza, it's the pizza equivalent of the Good Beer Guide but covers the World.

"It's our second year being listed and each year we get a little higher up the list, so fingers crossed for 2025!

"Thank you to everyone for your continued support."
