Warwick named as second top buyer town for Birmingham commuters

Warwick has been named the second most popular Birmingham commuter town.
That's according to the property portal Rightmove, who have published a ranking of the most popular locations based on buyer demand.
When it comes to towns around Birmingham, Warwick took the second spot, proceeded by Leamington in top place.
Leamington Spa lead the way among the Birmingham commuter towns that buyers are targeting.
Average house prices showed properties in the area costing around £374,555.
According to Rightmove, properties in Warwick generate 38 percent more enquiries than the target city, topped by Leamington which generates 55 percent more enquiries tha those in Birmingham itself.
In third position was Rugby with 32 percent more than Birmingham and in fourth position, Solihull, with 28 percent with an extremely fast 10-minute journey into Birmingham Moor Street.
Although, the ranking acknowledged that Leamington and Warwick's transport links were slower and less frequent, taking around 25 to 30 minutes.
Other high-scoring commuter towns and their respective cities were Hitchin (London), Bath (Bristol), and Paisley (Glasgow).
