Warwick fifth most expensive place to buy in Warwickshire

Warwick remains the fifth most expensive Warwickshire town to buy a house, according to new data released by HM Land Registry.
The data uses the average prices of houses sold in each area, across the 12 months leading up to the middle of September 2025.
The last time Nub News looked at this data - in September - Warwick was ranked fifth.
According to the Land Registry data, the average sold property price in Warwick over the last year was £381,656
The list was topped by Kenilworth, followed by Stratford-upon-Avon and Henley-in-Arden.
Most houses sold in Warwick in the last year were detached, with an average price of £539,996.
Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £359,635, with terraced properties fetching £339,767.
Overall, the historical sold prices in Warwick over the last year were 2% down on the previous year and 3% up on the 2022 peak of £371,109.
The average property price across Warwickshire is £355,863.
