The festive season has offically begun at Warwick Castle which launched its Christmas at the Castle event last week.

The event, which was launched on Friday (22 November) saw guests enjoy a first preview of the exciting activities available to visitors.

A standout feature was the dazzling ice skating show, all set against the backdrop of the iconic Guy's Tower.

Those who attend Christmas at the Castle this festive season, will be able to take to the ice themselves with Warwick Castle's brand-new ice rink.

Adjacent to the rink, the food and drink village awaits.

Here, visitors can indulge in a variety of food and drink offerings, from festive beverages like mulled wine and hot chocolate to warm delights such as pretzels and apple crumble.

The main attraction boasts more than half a million twinkling lights illuminating 64 acres of the historic grounds.

For the little ones, there is the enchanting Stories with Santa experience.

Here children can enjoy the magic of Christmas as they engage with Santa and Mrs. Claus through a storytelling session.
