The former Warwickshire District Council headquarters has now been completely demolished.
Warwick District Council (WDC) transferred its Riverside House offices to Homes England at the start of April this year, weeks after planning permission for the redevelopment of the site was approved.
The local authority's planning committee gave the green light to the project in February, which will see the Milverton Hill site transformed into 74 homes.
Full approval was also given for the creation of a new public park in the location of Edmondscote Athletics Track and Field.
Homes England will create an "enlarged public space" along the riverside at Elizabeth Park once the athletics track is moved.
"The new park will provide local residents with areas of wetland, a wildflower meadow and a new woodland as well as an extension of the riverside path, exercise trail and cycle track," WDC said.
Recently, local street art group BRINK, got together to breathe life into the surrounding walls of the former building.
The large-scale commission involved the collaborative effort of nine talented street artists from around the world - 7th Pencil, 99.9, Adam Illes, Graffoflarge, Lord Numb, Pete Sheridan, Title, Void One, and Zoinky.
The series of artworks showcase a dynamic variety of styles, intended to celebrate the diversity of the street art world.
