A "unique opportunity" to buy a parcel of land near Hatton is coming this week.
Loveitts is auctioning the three acre plot off Birmingham Road at a public auction on Thursday 15 May.
With a guide price of £50,000 to £60,000, the plot is to the north of the village.
The brochure describes it as a "Unique opportunity.
"Parcel of land approximately three acres in size.
"With several access gates via a shared driveway off Birmingham Road.
"Potential for various uses, subject to planning permission and consents."
The plot will be sold on Thursday 15 May at 6.30pm at the Village Hotel, Canley, Coventry.
