1. Beer Festival

St John's House Beer, Gin and Cider Fayre returns on Saturday 17 May!

Bring along your friends and family for an afternoon in the historic house and gardens of this stunning 17th-century Warwick landmark.

"We are celebrating local brewers and distillers, so join us and enjoy Warwickshire-brewed real ales, refreshing ciders and flavoursome gins – plus street food, coffee and ice cream," organisers said.

Warwickshire Gin Company, Dough & Brew, Windmill Hill Brewing Company, Brubl Brewery, Phoenix Rising Mexican Street Food, Pickled & Tipsy Mobile Cafe, Rotten Old Apples Cider and Annie's Antics Vintage ice cream van will all be there.

There will be a family fun area with free children's craft activities (12noon-4pm) and vintage lawn games in the Bowling Green Garden, as well as a picnic area – so do bring your picnic blankets.

2. Ghost Hunt Walk

Ghost Hunts return to Guys Cliffe this Friday (May 16).

Haunting Nights Ghost Hunting adventure continues as it returns to Warwick and Guys Cliffe.

"Join the team on a ghost hunt at this spooky Masonic Lodge in Warwick," organisers said.

"This isolated location has a history of hauntings dating back to the early 1400's

"With so many dark and terrifying areas of this vast mansion to investigate which include hidden cellars, masonic temple, caves and ruins where the activity is described by many as harrowing."

3. Eurovision

As well as Warwick's regular Saturday market, CJ's Events Warwickshire is also running a special Eurovision screening on Saturday.

The day at the Pump Rooms will get underway at 10am with a market packed with stalls from local businesses, as well as street food and bars.

The stalls will close at 6pm, but food and drink will be available right up until the festival finishes at midnight.

And of course at 7pm the main event will get underway with the Eurovision coverage broadcast live from Basel on a huge screen at the Pump Room Gardens.
