Leamington residents will soon be able to see a podiatrist without leaving town, as Warwick's Stride Clinics opens its new site in November.

The new clinic, which will officially open on Monday, 9 November, will be located inside Fire & Earth Leamington at Unit 5 Jephson Court on Tancred Close.

Free parking will be available on site.

The expansion marks Stride's first clinic outside Warwick, where the team has received five-star ratings over 34 Google reviews.

The Leamington site will be run by Mitesh Mistry, a senior podiatrist who joins the Stride team this autumn.

Mitesh trained at Birmingham School of Podiatry and has worked in both the NHS and private practice.

Mitesh shared: "A lot of people put up with foot pain for too long.

"Having a clinic in Leamington means moving you forward every step of the way."

Patients in Leamington will be able to get the full range of podiatry care locally, including:

• Ingrown toenails and nail surgery, carried out under local anaesthetic
• Verrucas
• Corns, calluses and hard skin
• Fungal nails
• Routine nail care
• Diabetic foot checks

Mitesh also treats pain that won't go away, such as heel pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles pain, and knee pain, and has experience with sports injuries.

He also offers foot scans, gait analysis, and custom orthotics at both the Leamington and Warwick clinics.

Stride is a private clinic, so patients can book directly without a GP referral.

A first appointment, which includes a full assessment and, where suitable, treatment on the day, costs £89.

To mark the opening, Stride is offering 20 percent off a first appointment at the Leamington clinic, bringing it to £71.20, for appointments between 9 November and 31 December 2026.

To access the deal, quote LEAM20 when booking.

Mitesh will be in Leamington on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am to 5pm, and his diary is now open.
