Local hearing clinic revolutionises health care in Warwick with client-focused approach
By Nadia Sayed 10th May 2026
A Warwick-based hearing clinic is making a powerful impact across the region, helping everyone from young children to care home residents.
Founded by Kabir Hussain in 2022, Warwick Hearing Specialist was inspired by desire to fill the "dire need' for hearing specialists in the area.
The vision led to significant reinvestment into a state-of-the-art clinic, complete with advanced equipment that even visiting medical professionals have found impressive.
Explaining the process of opening the business, Kabir explained: "We didn't hold back. We wanted to offer the highest standard of care possible.
"Locally, there just wasn't much available. People were either relying on NHS services with long waiting times or facing very high private costs. We wanted to create something accessible, modern, and community-focused."
A service that reaches beyond the clinic
While the clinic itself is a key hub, much of the work happens out in the community.
The team regularly carry out home visits across Warwickshire, supporting vulnerable patients including in care homes and hospices.
In some cases, their work has taken on a deeply personal significance.
"We've had calls from families whose loved ones were in the final stages of life and struggling to hear," Kabir shared.
"Being able to step in and help them hear those last conversations, it's incredibly meaningful."
This commitment to care extends across all walks of life. From emergency service workers needing clear communication on the job, to young children facing long waits for treatment, the clinic has become a trusted resource.
Kabir added: "The youngest patients we've seen are about four or five.
"Parents often come to us because waiting lists elsewhere are just too long."
From everyday issues to the unexpected
Like many hearing specialists, the clinic also deals with its fair share of unusual situations.
"The most common things we see are small objects, bits of tissue, tiny toy pieces like Lego, even earring studs, which kids get stuck in their ears. It's usually accidental, but it happens more often than people think."
Serving a wide-ranging client base
The clinic's reputation has also attracted a diverse and sometimes high-profile clientele.
While confidentiality is key, the team shared they have worked with individuals in prominent roles, including celebrities.
Despite offering advanced services and equipment, the clinic remains focused on accessibility. Initial checks are kept simple and affordable, ensuring people can get peace of mind without unnecessary barriers.
"We want people to feel comfortable coming to us.
"Sometimes it's just a quick check to confirm everything's fine, that reassurance can make a big difference" said Kabir.
Kabir also noted that those needing a quick check-up, particularly in urgent situations, can pop in for a free visit, allowing the team to quickly assess and confirm any concerns.
Looking ahead
As demand continues to grow, the clinic is open to patients not just from Warwickshire, but from surrounding areas too.
And while the business has expanded, its core mission remains unchanged: to provide high-quality, compassionate hearing care where it's needed most.
The Warwick clinic is based on the ground floor at 6 New Street, CV34 4RX, with wheelchair access and New Street Car Park directly opposite. The team also offers flexible booking via phone, online, or walk-in—designed to make care as convenient and inclusive as possible.
