Road closures planned for Warwick for Queen's Royal Hussars parade this weekend

Warwick is set to see several road closures this weekend as the The Queen's Royal Hussars Freedom Parade comes to the town.
Around 120 troops will parade through the town this Saturday (20 June 2026) from 2.30pm.
The parade will set off from Castle Street at 2.30pm and march its way through the town to Church Street, where bystanders are welcome to attend from 2pm and take advantage of free Union Jack hand held flags, provided by Warwick Town Council.
The parade comes in recognition of the Hussars' Freedom of Warwick honour, given by Warwick Town Council.
Here is a list of road closures which will be in place on the day.
From 6am to 4pm on Saturday 20 June 2026, Church Street and Castle Street will see a full closure.
Rolling road closures with stop and hold will also be in place from 2.30pm until the parade has passed on the following roads:
- High Street – Church Street to Back Lane and Swan Street in full
- Brook Street – Junction with Market Place and New Street – Junction with Market Place
- Market Place – From Swan Street to Market Street and Market Place to the Holloway
- The Holloway – Junction with Market Place and Old Square – From Northgate Street to New Street
- Barrack Street – Junctions with Joyce Pool and Northgate Street
- Northgate Street
