Fewer trains will be heading to Warwick tomorrow (November 14) as Storm Claudia approaches.
An amber weather warning has already been put in place for the Midlands by the Met Office.
Chiltern has today announced it will be running just half of its normal timetable on Friday as heavy rainfall is predicted.
On Friday 14 November, one Chiltern Railways service per hour will operate in each direction between Birmingham Moor Street and London Marylebone.
There will be no Chiltern Railways service north of Birmingham Moor Street or on the line to Stratford-upon-Avon.
Chiltern customers with tickets on Friday can use their ticket on Saturday (15 November), Sunday (16 November), or Monday (17 November), instead.
Where customers no longer wish to travel, a refund can be requested from the original point of purchase.
Denise Wetton, route director for Network Rail Central route, said: "We are doing everything we can to prepare for the impacts of this extreme weather and are working closely with our train operator partners to keep as many services running as possible.
"I would urge passengers to check before you travel as the heavy rain could cause some disruption to services."
