Warwick Avon Rotary had a "great" dinner at Kenilworth's Holiday Inn to celebrate the 2023 Dragon Boat Festival winners.

The organisation presented cheques to Louise at The Myton Hospices for £12,365 and Birmingham Children's Hospital for £3,602.

Prizes were awarded for the fastest team R.Like Recycling and runners up A.P. Racing.

Fancy dress winners Rowmans and joint runners up Fast and Fruitiest and Tottie Royal were also recognised.

"We could not run the event with out the incredible organisation of Norman (President of Warwick Avon Rotary) and generosity of Warwick Boats , who dedicate so much free time and effort to make this event such a great success," the local Rotary club said.
