Poppies illuminate Warwick church tower for Remembrance

The historic church tower of St Mary's is set to be illuminated every evening for the coming days with poppies, in time for Remembrance.
Warwick's Christmas Lights team announced the new display this week, with the lights to be in place every evening until Wednesday 11 November.
"This project is a wonderful example of what can be achieved when a community comes together," organisers said.
"The same generosity, kindness and support that helps us light up Warwick at Christmas has helped us create something meaningful for the whole town this Remembrance period."
The team has thanked Hatton & Harding for sponsoring the lenses and NS Booth Electrical Contractors for installing.
Mayor of Warwick, Cllr Simon Pargeter, was on hand on Tuesday night (November 3) to unveil the new illuminations.
Organisers continued: "We are incredibly proud that St Mary's Church tower will now be illuminated with poppies until Wednesday 11th November, providing a striking tribute to remember all those who have served and sacrificed for our country."
