Police use stinger to stop van and arrest men thought to have burgled Warwick business

Three men thought to be involved in a burglary in Warwick were arrested after police used a stinger to stop their van.

In the early hours of Tuesday, June 6 officers brought the van to a stop near the Fiveways Roundabout outside Hatton.

Warwickshire's operational patrol unit said the men were thought to be responsible for a commercial burglary at a business in Warwick.

Upon stopping the vehicle they also discovered it was cloned and running on false number plates.

The three suspects were detained in custody for Interview.

Officers recovered the van for examination.
