The one acre plot - which current has a static home on it - is available through property agent Barney Estates and Auctioneers.

Located on Preston Road, the land has no utilities connected.

The brochure says: "The site is found along Preston Road, with the entrance into the land ( via a metal gate) found almost opposite the house named Bushwood Houses.
