Pirates are set to invade Hatton Adventure World during Whitsun half term from 27 May – 4 June.

Captain Zoobeard and his motley crew will descend on the popular family attraction which is inviting children to visit for some swashbuckling pirate-themed adventure, activities, and entertainment.

Each day entertainment will include a new Treasure Hunt where children will have to search for gold treasure as well as a new Pirate School where children can learn about the ways and life of a pirate, from singing a sea shanty, to speaking like a pirate.

There is also the spooky Pirate Cove featuring a walkthrough laser light experience where children will hear about the lost treasure of Mermaid Rock.

The Dead Mans Dig features a huge sand pit where children can dig and find pirate shaped objects plus Captain Zoobeard will perform his 'Yo-Ho-Ho and a Bottle of Fun' family show.

In addition, there are the usual activities that make Hatton a great family day out including Animal Feeding & Handling, Tractor Safari Farm Tours, Laser Combat Battles, Sheep Grand National, Guinea Pig Village, Fairground Rides, Bouncy Castles, and 'Snorty's Superslide Mania', the huge indoor soft play area!

Karin Hessel, head of marketing at Hatton Adventure World said: "We're delighted to be hosting our popular 'Pirate Invasion' over Whitsun half term.

"All week our younger visitors can experience the golden age of piracy and enter a world of hidden treasure, skulduggery, and pesky pirate antics!"

The all-inclusive price takes away the worry of finding any hidden extras as all activities are included.

Tickets booked online in advance are £17.95 per person, or £19.95 on the gate with under two's and carers going free.

Hatton Adventure World is open every day throughout the year (excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day) from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information, please telephone 01926 843411 or visit the website.
