Owners 'heartbroken' as Warwick Play Village closes

The owners of the popular Warwick Play Village have announced its closure with "immediate effect".
In a notice on the company's website it said the decision came with "huge sadness and regret".
The site - based at Hampton Road - thanked customers for their support and cited the rising costs hitting the hospitality sector as the reason for closing.
The notice continued: "The hospitality sector is suffering immeasurably right now and sadly we have succumbed to the impossible economic and trading conditions.
"Our amazing, talented and dedicated team have worked harder than you could ever know keep The Village going.... We are simply heartbroken.
"Guests with bookings have been be contacted directly and will be kept up to date over the coming days
"We are devastated at having no choice but to close, but we hope that The Play Village will reopen again soon with new owners and that visits for almost all guests will go ahead as planned.
"Thank you for your support over eight wonderful years and enabling us to welcome, host and entertain so many beautiful children and families.
"We play our Tidy Up Time song one last time with the hope that our Welcome Song will be ringing out in The Play Village again soon."
