"Efficient and less spilling" lights will be installed at Racing Club Warwick's Townsend Meadow ground, the club has confirmed.

The Hampton Road ground will have the new LED floodlights installed "in the coming weeks".

"The lamps will be more energy efficient, produce less spillage and can be used individually to suit the requirements of the pitch usage," a club statement said.

"The lights will replace the existing lights which were installed ten years ago.

"Although the lights in place now are much more efficient than those in place previously the new LED lights tick all the right boxes moving forward."
