This week, as part of Neighbourhood Policing Week Warwickshire Police has been highlighting the roles neighbourhood teams play in the community.

This includes tackling ASB, shoplifting and illegal vaping.

In the video below, PC Girish Tiwary talks about the important role local teams play in tackling county lines drug dealing after Warwick Safer Neighbourhood Team executed a warrant at a house in the Heathcote area of the town yesterday.

He also talks about what neighbourhood policing means to him and how he hopes his role as a neighbourhood officer builds links with the Asian community.
