Major progress has been made on works to repurpose a former school building for new homes.
Warwick District Council gave the green light to the scheme for King's High School For Girls last year, with the buildings set to become four houses.
Progress on Chapel Street began last year.
Wake Green (Warwick) Limited had seen a previous application to repurpose the Chapel Street site refused by the council.
Issues were raised about lack of parking and the impact on residents' amenity, with the previous application also including three new homes to the rear of the site.
But the updated application, which will convert the three-storey building into four dwellings, found favour with council planners.

"In this case, the proposal retains the existing structure and overall scale of the building and would represent a more sustainable form of development by re-using the existing frame," a council report approving the application, said.
"I am satisfied with the retention of the existing building and the renovation works to re-use the structure."
The report added: "It is also noted that in retaining the main structure of the building, the demolition elements are significantly reduced which with the site being in such close proximity to listed buildings has the potential to result in harm through damage."
