UPDATE: M40 reopens following serious collision

The M40 in Warwickshire has reopened following a 'serious collision' last night (September 28).

The motorway was first shut northbound between J11 and J12 at around 9pm.

Warwickshire Police and emergency services were at the scene throughout the night. 

But now National Highways has said the road is fully open once again.
