Libertine Burger has taken the next step in its long-term plans to expand across the UK, moving into a new headquarters.
The new HQ, which is in the burger brand's home town of Leamington Spa, includes a production kitchen that will allow it to expand its DIY kit business so more people than ever across the country can enjoy its award-winning burgers.
The unit also provides office space for the growing business, along with storage, and a home for its Libertine van and truck, which serve up its popular burgers at festivals and events across the country, including major concerts from Harry Styles and the Arctic Monkeys, as well as festivals and events including the Royal International Air Tattoo.
The move came just in time for a busy summer season, which has seen the Libertine truck on site at TruckFest and set to head to Chris Evans' popular festival CarFest in Hampshire imminently, as well as the 2023 Leamington Food Festival in September.
Libertine Burger founder Charles Harris said: "For a little while Libertine Burger has needed its own dedicated HQ. With three shops, a van and a truck, and a growing DIY kit business, we need somewhere to call 'home'. A place to store everything, park everything, and a place to create the top quality kits that people across the country enjoy when they can't get to a Libertine Burger in person
"Our new headquarters is perfect for all of that, with everything we need to make sure everything runs smoothly and to pave the way to carry on growing. The dream is to open more shops, have more trucks, and to offer a wider range of DIY kits that can be sent out more frequently to burger lovers across the country. This step is the key to making sure we can do that in the future.
"We've never rushed anything at Libertine Burger, but when the time is right we're not afraid to take the next step. This new headquarters is great for us, and means we can continue ensuring that our business is part of the local economy in Leamington Spa - our home town and a place that will always be key to our operation and our story."
The new headquarters is the latest step in Libertine Burger's ongoing success, which has seen several exciting developments in the past few months.
Earlier this year the popular burger brand opened its third restaurant in Stratford-upon-Avon as part of plans to expand across the country, and it also launched its own Libertine Beer, created with Birmingham-based Attic Brew Co. and designed to pair perfectly with the burgers.
The last five years have seen Libertine Burger grow from a street food business operating out of a pimped-up Renault Master into a well-known brand with three sites in Leamington Spa, Rugby and Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as a bigger van that has put in appearances at some of the country's biggest festivals and exclusive events like Joe Wicks' birthday party.
Its range of signature beef, chicken and vegan-friendly burgers put provenance first, and its shops are about providing an unrivalled experience
Its attention to detail and high standards has won Libertine Burger plenty of accolades, reaching the finals in the British Street Food Awards in 2017 and National Burger Awards 2018, winning the Blogger's choice award at the National Burger Awards 2019, and reaching the finals of the Just Eat Restaurant Awards this year.
Libertine Burger continues to cement its reputation as one of the big-name burger brands in the country, boasting customers from across the UK who either travel to eat its burgers at the restaurant or enjoy them via its DIY kits available for nationwide delivery.
