The next fundraising event for the Warwick Christmas Lights 2024 has been announced as the council hopes to make the displays "bigger and better than ever".

Last year Warwick Town Council installed more Christmas lights in the town centre than ever before.

Preparations are already underway for this year's festive period, with the council planning several fundraising events throughout the year to help raise additional funds.

Following the success of its recent Quiz Night, Warwick Town Council is "excited to confirm" it has teamed up with The Warwick Arms Hotel again to host another quiz night on Friday 5 July 2024.

All money raised will go directly towards Warwick's Christmas Lights 2024.

"Our Christmas light displays are a perfect opportunity for visitors to come into Warwick and support our town centre and local economy," the council said.

"During these challenging times it also brings happiness and joy to people in Warwick; whether they work, live, or visit Warwick over the Christmas period."

The event will also include a raffle and silent auction, with a variety of prizes to be won including a five-course meal for two at Restaurant Hem, Family weekend tickets to Warwick Folk Festival, Historic Warwick Walk for up to six people and a £100 gift voucher for Fusion Clan.

Tickets are £10 per person, to include a glass of fizz on arrival.

Teams are up to four people – but do not worry if you want to come on your own, teams can be made up on the evening, and the winning team will win a hamper, kindly donated by Tesco Express Chase Meadow

If you would like to purchase tickets, or if you are able to support by donating a raffle / auction prize, please get in touch with: [email protected]
